From An Island Life:
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
If you’d like to participate, visit An Island Life answer the question and then post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

My Question:
Do you subscribe to magazines?  If yes, which ones?
My Answer:
Just recently we subscribed to Time and People.

  1. We found that we weren't reading any of the magazines that we got, so we quit subscribing. I don't even pick them up at the grocery store.

  2. I subscribe to Parents and Family Circle – that's actually it I think at the moment unless you count the IKEA catalog!

  3. I subscribe to Real Simple (my favorite magazine…found some of my favorite products through their best bets product tests…and love their recipes and all the great info).

Oh, and noticed in your answer to another Aloha Friday question that your son was born on the 13th! Mine too! Just one of the reasons I actually like the number 13. If you'ld like to hear the other reasons I blogged about that here:

  4. I do the Parents, Parenting, American baby magazines. That's a lot of baby advice huh? LOL!
I also get US Weekly, that's just for my guilty pleasure!

  5. I used to, to Family Circle but not for a while. Although I plan on re-subscribing once we move in about 6 months.

  6. Nope, don't do magazines, but I have to tell you this one. I get US in the mail every week. I never ordered it, but it keeps coming. I do like the magazines because I enjoy looking at the celebs & what they're wearing & what they are stupidly doing! lol My hubby gets Rolling Stones magazines. He's been getting those since he was probably 18 he things. His Aunt & Uncle has been paying for the subscription. I've told her many times & so has he that he doesn't even look at them, but they keep coming & they go from our mailbox to the trash. Sometimes I find someone to give it to, but most of the time it's the trash. What would you do?

  7. No I don't subscribe to mags but if there is a free copy then I'll sign up for it, if it's a mag I want to read.
