MONDAY
Hosted by Miz B at Should Be Reading
Today’s Question:
If you knew you only had 30 days left to live, would books and reading still hold such a great priority in your life? Or, would you set aside your reading to do something else, spend more of your time elsewhere? What would you do, instead?

My Answer:
Oh my…I can’t even imagine being in that situation but know that it does happen. First and foremost I would spend as much time as I could with my family!! And while they slept I might put time into reading a few books. I would try and survive on very little sleep and try to live every minute.

I don't think I would change my life all that much. It would be nice to visit family, and than come home and spend the last week or two doing what I normally do.
Hi. That was such a great answer; the part about sleeping little and living every moment possible. I think it would probably be very difficult to concentrate on a book under those circumstances, don't you? I think I would go on trips and have little adventures with the family with the little time left. Sitting down for books or movies sounds like wasted time, even though I currently love those. Perhaps time with the family during the day, and books and movies by night!
Anyway, great question.
Take care,

Great question and answer this week 🙂
I doubt I'd change a single thing about my life and reading habits except to read later at night so I could spend more time with my family.
Seems like a good compromise. Personally, I think I would end up reading more. Here's My Monday Musing.
Great answer. I don't think I will read anything but I will take the time to pass along my books and Kindle to special people in my life.
I would want to tidy up some stuff, but I would really want to get on a plane and visit a few places I have always wanted to see…reading all the way.
