CONFESSIONS OF AN IMPROPER BRIDE
by JENNIFER HAYMORE
SYNOPSIS:
TWICE TEMPTED

Serena Donovan left London six years ago, her heart broken and her reputation ruined by devilishly handsome Jonathan Dane. Now, with her family’s future in peril, she reluctantly agrees to return to England and assume her late twin’s identity. The price? Marry a man she doesn’t love and spend the rest of her days living a lie.
Jonathan Dane, Earl of Stratford, has become an incorrigible rake, drinking, gambling-and trying to forget Serena Donovan. Yet the moment he’s introduced to the prim and proper “Meg”, he recognizes the sensual young woman who captured his heart. Haunted by his past mistakes, he refuses to lose Serena again. But convincing her to trust him is no easy task. Claiming his lost love means exposing the truth and destroying the life Serena has sacrificed everything to rebuild. With the future of all the Donovans at stake, and their undying passion capable of triggering yet another scandal, how much will Jonathan and Serena risk for a chance at true love?

  1. I love Jennifer's books and have read them all so far. She's lived a very adventurous life . The cover of Confessions Of An Improper Bride is beautiful. Jennifer's book covers have all been great . I don't know that I'd want to be a twin. I've never thought of it before. I have this on my TRL. Thanks for the opportunity to win.

  2. I'd detest being a twin… I know – I have twin nieces & best friends of the kids! I've seen the good & the bad.

  3. My dad is a twin. He said he always ha fun with it. I don't think I would like it. I don't share well and there is a lot of sharing.

  4. I don't think I would want to be twin. It would be hard being considered part of a set and not just as an individual.
Jennifer's book sounds great. Thanks for the giveaway.

  5. When I was growing up, I thought it would be great to be a twin, and have a best friend always. But, now that I am a grown up, I think I like being without a twin just fine.

This sounds like an interesting, fun book to read.

  6. I'm sure being a twin has it's good and bad points but I think I would prefer to be solo.

  7. I think it would be alot of fun to be a twin. You could dress a like and even double date. Please enter me in contest. I would love to read this book. Tore923@aol.com

  8. Yes! I'd love to be a twin! I'm not too close with my sis because we're 14 yrs apart, but I would like to think I would be really close to my twin! It would nice to have a close friend like that who is my age!

  9. I think it might be fun to be a twin sometimes but I can't say I would actually want to be a twin=)

  10. It might be fun to be a fraternal twin, but I don't really want to look exactly like someone else.

  11. No I would not want to be a twin.
To much competition especially when older

  12. I think it would be so fun to be a twin and I would love to have a twin sister!

  13. I think it would be scary to be a twin. I would not want one. thank you

  14. I'd love to be a twin…Maybe I could get my twin to switch places with me on days I don't want to go to work lol:)

    tasha.bookobsessed[at]hotmail[dot]com

  15. No..I don't think it would be fun nor would I want to be a twin..Always being compared and always having to do things together.
    elaing8(at)netscape(dot)net

  16. I really can't even say whether I would like being a twin or not. If I were born a twin, it would have helped form who I am and I would be a different person than I am today. As I am today, "no" I do not think I'd want to be a twin.

  17. Most twin sets seem to have an unusually close bond (as did one set that were my roommates in school), so yes, I think I would have liked it.

    cgclynsg0 @ gmail dot com

  18. would I like to be a twin? Now I am not so sure… when I was a kid I really wanted to be a twin. Actually, I often pretended I was one of triplets (and no I wasn't an only child. for some reason people always ask that) I suppose I haven't thought about since I was about 14, but yes, I think if I was actually given the opportunity to choose I would love to be a twin- because you always have the impression they are best friends.

I would love to win this book. For myself, and for my great grandmother who reads a different book almost every day.

  19. I think it would probably be fun to be a twin – the twins I've known have been very close, lifelong friends as well as siblings. Thanks for the chance to win the book. asthenight at gmail dot com

  20. I don't think it would be fun to be a Twin. But, in all fairness, I don't get along with my siblings, so if the situation was different, maybe I would

  21. I don't think it would be fun…too much confusion. I am me and look like me, so I wouldn't want to be a twin…Besides my parents wouldn't have survived two of me.
    rilekat at gmail dot com

  22. i do not think it would be fun to be a twin, i do not like to share
    susansmoaks at gmail dot com

  23. I think there would be times when it would be fun to be a twin, but overall, I don't think I would want to be one. I sometimes think that twins lose some identity and individuality because they are always compared to each other.
    cleaningrhouse at yahoo dot com

  24. No, I wouldn't want to be a twin. I like being myself but would like to be a more fabulous version of myself!

  25. Not sure. I have known quite a few twins in my life (my college gave twins scholarships, so there were many), and although they always have a buddy to hang out with, they are known as a set. That would be a bummer.
