From An Island Life:
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
If you’d like to participate, visit An Island Life answer the question and then post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
MY QUESTION:
Do you or have you enjoyed and taken part in any winter sports (ex: skiing, skating, etc)?Which ones?
MY ANSWER:
The ones I have ever tried were ice skating and sledding (which I don’t think counts) when my boys were small.
I like to go to the snow but do not know how to ski or snowboard… although I had lessons the last time we went and really hurt myself : ) Long funny story!!
well we are still waited for the winter to arrive! although we will be going up to the ski resort this weekend. They have man made snow.
Just the usual sledding and skating as a kid.
Have a great weekend!

I have not yet participated in any winter sports. I’d like to. Just not needing to 🙂
Um does snowball fight counts? 🙂
I live in a part of the country where you can do summer sports all year long, so I’ve never really done winter sports.
When I lived in Washington State, I used to ski All. The. Time. Since moving to PA, I haven’t…can’t wait to move back and start again! 🙂
What’s Your Poison?
Nope now winter sports. Don’t do them except shovel snow is that a sport? lol Thanks for stopping by.
I loved ice skating as a kid (even though I wasn’t very good at it). In fact, I thought at one time that it would be cool to be an Olympic ice skater. But I couldn’t skate backwards to save my life and I had weak ankles. For about five years (maybe), my parents and I were into cross country skiing. Or maybe I should say my parents were and took me along….It was okay, but not my thing.
We don’t have Winter sports here but I did go dogsledding last Winter and it was one of the most awesome experiences!
