My favorite thing to cook/bake is Apple Squares – a family favorite!!!

I enjoy cooking grilled eggplant and pasta primavera.
My son does the cooking around here. I think it would be his enchiladas. They are a bit different each time depending what he puts in them.
I’m mainly the grill guy at our house bur occasionally I bake because my wife doesn’t like to. I make a mean apple-cinnamon muffin if I do say so myself.
I love cooking Indian food, specially curry! My house smells amazing for a couple days after it.
Chicken Soup is one of my favorites to cook because it smells wonderful in the whole house.
I’m not much a cook, but I love making a special version of Jello from a family recipe!
Scalloped potatoes is always a favorite. Especially for family gatherings. YUM!
