An avid reader for many years. Married for 31 years with 2 fantastic adult sons who I am so very proud of with great gfs. Am disabled. Found this wonderful community of book blogging in approximately December 2009 and have loved every minute of it. Am now a reviewer for authors, publishers, publicists, etc. And am also a partner in a Virtual PR tour company, Partners In Crime Tours for authors of novels of mystery, suspense and crime (www.Partnersincrimetours.net)
I think I now have the majority of things reorganized, still a couple of little tweaking needs to be done, but there is always tomorrow. But before I move myself again to the recliner to read, I wanted to post about a few items.
*Thank you everyone that stopped by and commented on the new blog. I want you to know how much those words were appreciated. I was a bit nervous about the unveiling since it is you, the followers, that have to look at it. So thank you again.
*Not sure if you noticed, but, I also now have a new button as well. For those who have my old one, please grab the new one. And if anyone else wants to grab it, please do. It is there for the picking lol.
*I also have to thank Julie from Reading Without Restraint, for giving me honest criticism and helping me figure out what I should go with.

So what do you think? Emily from Blogaholic did a wonderful job!!!! Today I will be putting my sidebars back and doing a little “spring cleaning” getting rid of some things that I had. I hope you like it and that it is easier to read and navigate. I may be doing some “test” postings to see what font, etc to use. Let me know what you honestly think as compared to my old blog.
I am so excited!!!!…in a few short hours, Emily from Blogaholic Designs will be installing her new design for my blog. I LOVE IT and I hope you do too. Hope that you find it easier to read and easier to navigate. I will be signing off for now, so that she can do her thing later tonight. It will probably take a couple of days for me to put things back to where they were. I will try to do this ASAP so that we can get back to “normal” and resume talking about books, reviews, memes, etc. etc. Would really like your feedback and if you get a chance, visit Emily and tell her what you think of her newest design. Yes !!!! I took the plunge to have a web makeover. With the help (and honest constructive criticism) and encouragement from Julie at Reading Without Restraint, I am having a make over. Julie introduced me to Emily from Blogaholic Designs who I have been working with. Emily has been nothing but kind, understanding, talented (you will see when she reveals what she has been working on) and most importantly..patient with someone who needs to take a course in Computer 101. I felt that the daily postings were very hard to read on the pink background. I also wanted a more “professional looking” blog so I contacted a fantastic designer. So I apologize in advance while the new blog gets unveiled and items moved around, I hope it does not cause any inconvenience. I hope you like…..and if you don’t….then blame Julie because she gave the thumbs up when I showed her the preview lol.
