In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

My Question:
A healthy question: Do you drink water daily? How many glasses?
My Answer:
After my 3rd cup of coffee, I switch to ice water for the remainder of the day.
I drink between 5-7 glasses a day but it has to have lots of ice.
I have a Nalgene 32 oz bottle. I fill it with water at least 3-4 times a day.
I do drink water, but probably only 2 or 3 glasses a day. I know I should drink more.
I drink like you Coffee first then Water.

I'm the same way! I have to drink water with a TON of ice. I drink mainly water {and coffee too lol} throughout the day but I'm not exactly sure how many cups! I try to do 36oz!
I drink water with everything. I can't drink juice straight. It has to have more water than juice.
I only drink water (it has to be ice cold) unless we go out to eat and then I drink whatever diet the have. If it's caffeine free, that's even better.
Dr. Oz says you're supposed to divide your weight by 2 and drink that many ounces of water a day, so that's what I try to do.
Also, for every pop you drink, your supposed to drink 2x that amount of water.

I do drink water but probably not as much as I should.
I am going to plead the 5th on this one! LOL
