  21. If I need someone to do something, and I can show them that it is possible to do, then they are generally motivated to do it. Sometimes you need to show that the end result will be a benefit for that person so that they are self-motivated.

  29. Interestingly, I just had to do this for a school event… In this instance, I told them 'It's for the kids!' In other instances, such as work-outs with my buds, I mention pow-booty or jaw-dropping abs and that usually does the trick. My basic 'thing' is what will make them feel good about doing it.
