JULY 10th to JULY 24th, 2012
AN UNSUITABLE BRIDE
by JANE FEATHER
SYNOPSIS:
Long ago, young Viscount Bradley’s prudish family forbade him to marry his beloved. Now, the aging lord has plotted a subtle revenge. His three nephews can split his fortune, but only if each marries a fallen woman. Two have found brides who meet the terms . . . and all depends on the youngest, Peregrine Sullivan. New York Times bestselling author Jane Feather’s Georgian trilogy concludes with a sexy tale sure to delight.
Only desperation would drive a lady to disguise herself in hopes of employment, but the twenty thousand pounds that their father promised beautiful Alexandra Douglas and her invalid younger sister has vanished into the hands of the greedy cousin who inherited the estate. Alexandra, in search of justice, embarks on an elaborate charade to infiltrate Combe Abbey, her ancestral home, and secretly take the money back.
Peregrine, visiting the Abbey, is intrigued by a woman whose mind matches his on every level. Who is this middle-aged spinster with a young woman’s eyes and a youthful step that even a limp cannot disguise? Sensing some scandalous secret, Perry assumes the lady would delight in being rescued. But his efforts are rebuffed; Alexandra will take care of herself and her sister, thank you very much. Can Perry court the daring and independent young woman, win her heart, and be the last brother to wed?

I have no idea but this looks fab!
Well I would try to move heaven and hell to reclaim what was once mine. However, if after couple of months I could not acquire it I would probably stop.
This book sounds so good
.I like to think I would do anything for my loved ones, within the law, of course.
As far as I needed to
I don’t imagine there would be I could do, but I would give it a good try.
I would do all that I could humanly possibly do.
I would go to the ends of the earth for those I love!
Thanks so much!
I would try anything I could think of.
I would try pretty hard.
Hmmm hate to admit it but I would try most anything.
I think I would have been bolder when I was younger.
I would try hard!
I would take it to the limit to re-claim what is mine if it affected my family.
I would do whatever I could
I would request/expect it back!
I would do everything within the law to try to get what is legally mine. But nothing (even money) isn’t getting stupid over. 🙂
Thank you for the awesome giveaways on your website!!
~Cheers!
As far as I had too
I would do almost anything to get back what is mine.
I would do whatever it took!
I’d probably take legal action, but not go in disguise.
i’d do what i can as long as it is legal
In terms of love and/or loved ones- whatever it took. In terms of money- eh, not as much.
It would depend on what was taken and what the risks would be for taking it back.
I would do everything I can do!
That would depend entirely on what it was and who had it. As with so many things, context is everything. A child–everything possible. A small piece of property–probably forget about it.
I would go as far as humanely possible.
Oh, I’d go pretty far. Karma won’t bring it back, so I will!
I have done just that when I has to reclaim my good reputation when it was threatened a few years ago.
I would go as far as breaking the law depending on the circumstances.
