Today is the first day of this brand new blog.  I think it sounds like a lot of fun so have added my name to particpate.   Here are all the details:

Rules:

  This blog is going to be strictly set up for new and improved Friday Follow. The purpose is to help out new bloggers as they come into this huge blogosphere and to help grow membership for some of the bigger blogs as well.
  Starting on May 28, the newly renovated Friday Follow will be run on this blog. We will be hosting the first Friday Follow.
  On June 4, we have already set up two of the hosts, Stephanie from Babes Rockin Mami and Michelle from Mommy Loves Stilettos. We are still waiting for confirmation on the third.
  However, we are looking for hosts for later dates. We have decided that three hosts is a good number for each blog hop. As usual, the top slots will be reserved for the hosts so they will get a lot more attention to their blogs.
  I will prepare the post each week but the hosts will run the blog hop. Since I will be preparing the slot each week, we do ask that each host showcase their work. The person in slot one will showcase their work on Monday. The person in slot two will showcase their work on Tuesday. The person in slot three will showcase their work on Thursday.
  Since there is some work involved in running this site as well, #4, #5, and #6 will be used by the administrators of the blog.
  Now here is where some lucky winners come into play. After each blog hop, we will be drawing 3 lucky winners for slot 7, 8, and 9 by using random.org. There is another bonus to being the first person pulled. We will be doing an interview with that person on Thursday to showcase their blog. What a great benefit!
 We do expect you to be on your honor here. Here are some basic guidelines:
*Grab the button up top
*Add your link to the linky
*Tell everyone that you know. This is a great way to get your blog more followers.
*Follow the ones you like (and comment on their blogs to say that you are following)

Little things about the hop which are normal every where:
*Follow someone if they follow you – It is common courtesy.
*Only one linky per blog.
*No xxrated blogs
*No spammers

And another new one for me that I found via Vicki at Reading At The Beach.  I have seen it for a couple of weeks now and another one that looks like fun, so will be particpating today for the 1st time.

1. A large salad — the best food to take on a picnic.
2. Summer here!!
3. The most comfortable shoes are flip flops.
4. To love someone is a beautiful feeling.
5. No way am I going with a walker on a long hike. LOL
6. When I crave food, it’s usually chocolate peanut butter ice cream.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to spending time with hubby, tomorrow my plans include my computer to-do-list & reading and Sunday, I want to sit outside with my hubby and my book!

Yesterday I was so excited about the award I received that I totally forgot the other good news.  Its not any less importan than the award but as most of you know, awards can be time consuming when passing them on.  I also received and email that I had won “9th Judgement” by James Patterson.  WooHoo, I now have the entire series, now I just need the time to read them.  Thank you Karen from Bookin’ With Bingo. 

And it just keeps getting better, today I won “Change In Attitude” from Reading At The Beach, Thank You Vicki!
What a way to wake up !!  And 2 more awards that I need to pick up.  I will post about those later.    Maybe this is all a dream, and if it is, I don’t want to wake up!!!  lol
