Teaser Tuesday (1 of 2)
Hosted by Miz B at Should Be Reading http://shouldbereading.wordpress.com/
Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
*Grab your current read
*Open to a random page
*Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
*BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
*Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
My Teaser:
She was walking west, probably to grab a bite of lunch. He put his van in gear and slowly followed. A little ether on a handkerchief and the element of surprise would do the job nicely.

Musing Monday (1 of 3)
Hosted by Rebecca at Just One More Page http://rebeccavoy.blogspot.com
Today’s MUSING MONDAYS post is about the war books
With yesterday being Anzac Day, I thought I’d ask a theme question this week. Are you a reader of war books? And if so, do you have any favourites?
Not sure if this counts but the only “war book” that I read was The Diary of Anne Frank, which I read many years ago while in elementary school but it touched me so deeply that I still can recall the images that I created from reading the book. It is definitely one of my all time favorites reads of my lifetime.

This is a meme to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read, and the books to be finished this week.
Unfortunately due to medical situation I did not read for the past 3 weeks. But plan on catching up while recuperating.
CURRENTLY READING:
Silent Scream by Karen Rose (so far…soooooo good) plan is to finish this week and start
The Memory Thief by Rachel Keener
