  1. Hi Cheryl – The synopsis is one of the briefest I’ve seen in awhile, And that brief intro to the mystery is exactly what tempts me to read this book!

  3. this sounds like a great police /mystery that I love to read.

  4. I like to read any kind of book!

  5. The man evades the checkpoint surely thinking that he can control his destiny. But the very act of asserting control lead to his demise. This sounds like an exploration of the efficacy of free will and the control we really have over our lives. And it is explored through the crime genre–exactly where victims and perpetrators live and die. Sounds great.

  6. Sounds intriguing.
