TGIF !!!!  THE DAY OF MEMES!!  And the day to do a lot of blog hopping.  Today I am also particpating in two new memes that look like fun.  One (posting 3 of 6) is the debut of this  new hop.  And another, (posting 4 of 6) will be the first time I am participating in.  I found this meme via Vicki’s blog, Reading At The Beach, and it sounded like fun. So put on your sneakers and lets go hop!!!

My Question:
This weekend is the unofficial start of summer.  So my question is, which do you prefer, ocean or pool?
My Answer:
Pool, especially since we have one in the backyard, but if on vacation, then its the beach.

* Find the fifth sentence.

And another new one for me that I found via Vicki at Reading At The Beach.  I have seen it for a couple of weeks now and another one that looks like fun, so will be particpating today for the 1st time.

1. Is there something you’ve always wanted to try but just can’t muster up the courage to actually do yet?
Travel longer distances on planes…5 hours is maximum for me.
2. If you had $100 handed to you in cash without your significant other knowing about it, what would you spend it on?
Books, Books and more books.
3. What was your favorite piece of playground equipment as a child?
The swing and remember would spend long periods of time on them.
4. Do you prefer a sweet or hearty breakfast?

And…here we go!

1. A large salad — the best food to take on a picnic.
2. Summer here!!
3. The most comfortable shoes are flip flops.
4. To love someone is a beautiful feeling.
5. No way am I going with a walker on a long hike. LOL
6. When I crave food, it’s usually chocolate peanut butter ice cream.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to spending time with hubby, tomorrow my plans include my computer to-do-list & reading and Sunday, I want to sit outside with my hubby and my book!

Yesterday I was so excited about the award I received that I totally forgot the other good news.  Its not any less importan than the award but as most of you know, awards can be time consuming when passing them on.  I also received and email that I had won “9th Judgement” by James Patterson.  WooHoo, I now have the entire series, now I just need the time to read them.  Thank you Karen from Bookin’ With Bingo. 

And it just keeps getting better, today I won “Change In Attitude” from Reading At The Beach, Thank You Vicki!
What a way to wake up !!  And 2 more awards that I need to pick up.  I will post about those later.    Maybe this is all a dream, and if it is, I don’t want to wake up!!!  lol
